"Decent site, just a little clunky"
I spent a little time on kasemedesign.com just browsing around, and overall it was fine. To be fair, I might have been a bit impatient because I was checking it quickly between other things, but the main pages loaded okay and I was able to find most of what I needed.
Some areas did feel a little confusing though. It seemed like I had to click around more than I expected to get to certain things, and maybe that’s partly on me for not paying super close attention, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience. On my phone, it also felt a bit awkward in places.
I wouldn’t say it’s a bad website at all. It does what it needs to do, but it feels average right now. With a cleaner layout and fewer steps to find things, I think it would be a lot easier to use.
"Updates were okay, just a little slow"
I ordered from KaseMe and the communication was alright. Not terrible or anything. They did send updates, but a couple of times I was expecting to hear something and didn’t, so I ended up checking in myself once.
Everyone was polite, and nothing really went wrong. Just felt a bit slow and not super clear at times. Overall, fine experience. Could’ve been smoother.

"Pretty disappointed overall"
I don’t remember every little detail about the order, but I definitely remember being disappointed when it finally showed up. The case just felt kind of cheap, and the delivery took way longer than I thought it would. I also had to wait a while to hear back from support, which didn’t help. Maybe there were some okay parts, but the stuff that stuck with me wasn’t great, so I probably wouldn’t order from them again...

"Honestly feels way nicer than I expected"
At first I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the second I held it I was actually kind of impressed. The material feels soft and comfortable, but still sturdy enough that it doesn’t feel cheap at all. I went from being a little skeptical to genuinely happy with it quickly.

I was confused when this arrived because the colors looked totally different from the photos. I get that lighting can change things a little, but this was way off. Like, make it make sense. Definitely not what I thought I was ordering.

"Fits my phone well"
I’ve had phone cases before where the buttons didn’t line up right or I had to take the case off to charge, so I was glad this one fit my phone well. All the buttons work fine and it works with my charger without any issues. The only small thing is the edges felt a little tight at first, but it wasn’t a big deal.

The case showed up in good shape, so no real complaints there. That said, the packaging felt a little flimsy, and I definitely checked it over right away just to make sure nothing got damaged. Luckily it was fine, but I would’ve felt better if it had a bit more protection for shipping. Overall, it’s okay, but the packaging could be improved.

"Case cracked way sooner than I expected"
I bought a phone case from KaseMe and at first I was happy with it. It looked nice, fit my phone well, and I figured it would be decent for the price. But after about two weeks, one of the corners started cracking and the edge began getting loose, which was kind of ridiculous. I barely drop my phone, so this wasn’t from anything extreme.
The design was cute, I’ll give it that, but the quality just didn’t hold up. Maybe I got a bad one, who knows, but for what I paid I expected something more reliable. Overall, I am disappointed with the product’s durability and would not purchase it again.

"Easy to order, but I felt left in the dark"
Ordering was simple and checkout didn’t give me any trouble, but after that the updates were really slow. I kept waiting to hear what was going on and felt a bit ignored.

I had to return a case because I accidentally ordered the wrong size (totally my mistake). The return page was straightforward, and I was able to get the shipping label without having to message customer service more than once.
The refund took a few days after they received it back, so it wasn’t lightning fast or anything, but it was still totally reasonable. Overall, the process was easy enough, and I’d order from them again

"Pretty good quality overall"
The case feels solid overall, and the print looks nice. I’ve had it for around a little while now, and the only thing I’d say is the edges could be a bit better. Still, I’m about happy with it

"Still waiting on a proper fix"
I reached out to Kaseme Design about an issue with my order back in, I think, late March or maybe early April. The support was disappointing. Replies took forever, and after a bit it felt like they just stopped caring about actually fixing it. I had to keep following up myself, and even then the problem never really got sorted out properly. Definitely not the experience I expected, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I tried to exchange my case and it ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected. The replies were slow, the instructions weren’t very clear, and I felt like I had to keep following up just to get basic information. Disappointing overall, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Case looked nothing like I expected"
I ordered a phone case from KaseMeDesign, and when it showed up, it really didn’t match what I thought I was getting from the pictures on the site.
The color was way more dull in person, the design wasn’t lined up properly, and even the cutout felt a little off once I put it on my phone. I know stuff can look slightly different online, but this felt like more than just a small difference.
What made it more frustrating was that I wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do next. The return or complaint process wasn’t clear, so I was left kind of annoyed and guessing whether it was even worth trying to fix it. I probably wouldn’t have bought it if I’d known it would look like this

"Delivery was good..."
My case showed up pretty much when they said it would... the tracking updated fine, though it ended up being about a day later than I expected. Not a huge deal though, overall, I’m still happy with it.

"Camera cutout is frustrating"
The case looks okay overall, but the camera cutout is really annoying and the side buttons are harder to press than they should be. I was expecting it to fit and function better, so I’d hope the seller offers some kind of replacement or compensation for this.

I ordered this from overseas and it took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated the whole time, which was annoying, honestly. I get that international shipping can be slow, but this definitely felt like it dragged on.

"Getting a refund was such a pain"
I asked for a refund and it turned into this long, annoying back-and-forth. I had to keep following up just to get any kind of update, and most of the replies felt like copy-paste canned apologies instead of someone actually trying to help. The whole thing dragged on way longer than it should have. after this experience, I wouldn’t buy from KaseMe again.
